The patient, a 54-year-old male salesman, was admitted to the hospital for complaints of forgetfulness, difficulty recalling names and objects, weight loss, and tiredness. His relatives had observed these issues developing over the past year. Medical tests showed vitamin B12 deficiency and elevated CRP levels. During his hospital stay, Ayurvedic treatments including medications and Panchakarma therapies like nasya and abhyanga were administered. The patient showed gradual improvement in memory, as demonstrated by his increased ability to recall names of visitors and details like what he had for breakfast. He was discharged after successfully recalling most information.
