This document discusses the people aspects of DevOps and ways of working across organizational hierarchies. It questions whether cultivating enterprise agility can address the people side of DevOps first. It also examines the role of vendors in DevOps transformations and shares experiences around team composition by aligning with models that bring technical and managerial staff together. Traditional gatekeepers are discussed in terms of where they belong in DevOps. Managed services and agreements are questioned as to whether focus on them should be reduced.
