This document discusses building an effective digital learning strategy for the Learning Support Centre. It describes using the ISAT platform to capture modular training breakdowns, create synergy between training phases, establish systems of record, provide accurate phase information, eliminate duplicate efforts, and promote better data through feedback loops. Mobile apps and performance support tools would enhance processes and generate training using job specifications. Developing procedural, operational, and scenario-based 3D and virtual reality applications could also create immersive product presentations and realistic training experiences without coding.
