This document presents the design of a milk analysis system for dairy farmers. The system aims to determine the percentage of fat, solids-not-fat (SNF), and measure the quantity of milk samples collected from farmers. It consists of two units - a milk collection center and cash counter. The system uses sensors to measure fat, SNF, weight of milk and a microcontroller to calculate cost. It is intended to automate the process and change the lifestyle of Indian farmers. A block diagram, methodology, timeline and references are provided for the project.
