Roxanne is unhappy with her current job prospects in business due to advances in technology. She wants to change fields to engineering, science, or architecture to be more helpful to society. She is competent, hard-working, and prefers teamwork. Roxanne needs more work experience and hands-on learning to build her background while still in school.

Say: Not happy with current job perspective Studying business, feels there is no future in business with the advancement of robotics, AI and Moores Law Wants to change field of study to engineering, design , architecture , science to become helpful to society Competent, competitive, hard working Likes travelling, reading, philosophy Little field experience, needs more experience to build a strong background Prefers to work in teams Not a morning person Single, non-smoker Think: She would probably fit in this job requirements It is worth trying this job, to build experience and not for the money Can accommodate both studying and working If there is a prospect for a career advancement she might stay longer in the job Could easily find a job with her resume Do: Very confident on herself, body language matches her speech Knows what she wants Very active, fast speaking , rapid eye movements Organized thoughts Pleasant and well dressed Feel: She feels she needs experience more than money at this moment in her life The money that she will earn would cover the expenses for her plans to travel abroad Strong desire to achieve something in life, a higher purpose in life Would sacrifice personal life for a career
Stakeholder Young and determinate to succeed in life, educated , passionate and with high aspirations. Problem/need: Roxanne needs more work experience, and hands on experiments as she loves experiments.
