SPN offers members the opportunity to sponsor profitable land management projects in the South Pacific region through land management packages. When members sponsor packages, they receive a Network Operating Centre where they can earn income from sales and project profits. Members can earn income actively through bonuses and passively through revenue sharing over 2 years. The business uses a binary compensation plan where members are placed in left and right teams and earn bonuses when sales volumes are met on both sides.

Members can then place any of their personally sponsored people into 2 Teams, one Left team and Right team, called the Multi-Match Tree. You earn a Multi-Match Income of up to €60 whenever you have accumulated 200BV in sales in one team, and at the same time 300BV in sales in another team, total 500 BV. This is called a Cycle and you can earn up to €80,000 per month in Multi-Match Income. Anyone that registers with SPN as an Independent Distributor can choose to be allocated a SPN Network Earning Centre (NOC) in the Multi-Match Tree. The Multi-Match Tree is di?erent to your Personal Enrolment Tree. Your Personal Enrolment Tree shows everyone that you have directly or indirectly sponsored by level and whomever they have sponsored, through all levels of your network. The Multi-Match Tree shows everyone in their allocated team position, either Left or Right. Some of the people in your Multi-Match Tree may not be directly connected to those you have personally enrolled. They may have been enrolled by someone else in your upline (who enrolled before you) and placed below you, either Left or Right, in your Multi-Match Tree. As such, they may not appear in your Personal Enrolment Tree. QUALIFICATION ? You must have completed the Independent Distributor Agreement ? You must be Active ? To be eligible to earn any income or bonuses with SPN, or to activate a promotional website or claim coins, you must be active for the current year with a €49 access pack or sponsored at least 1 land management package. €49 is due every year after the first year. ? To earn each income or bonus you must meet the PV or BV requirements and qualification as outlined in each section of this plan. REMAINING ACTIVE ? You must have completed the Independent Distributor Agreement. ? You must maintain access license for €49.00 per year ( first year free). This provides you with the right to market SPN products and services and includes a personalized distributor website and access to the SPN business system. QUALIFICATION Except for earning Uni-Level Income, Qualification requires the following: ? You must remain Active ? CCO Coin Cash Out. A special offer that allows you to cash out coins through the Revenue Share account. Agreement Independent Distributor Agreement is a legally binding arrangement between SPN and the Distributor, setting out the terms of use, policies and procedures. Customer The person or company who purchases the company¡¯s products or services. Distributor The person or company who is authorized by the company to perform sales and marketing or products or services on behalf of the company, aka Wholesaler. Retail The price(s) a Customer pays for company products and services. Wholesale The price(s) a Distributor pays for company products and services. Sponsor The Distributor who enrolled you into SPN. Enroller The Distributor who enrolled you into SPN. Upline The team of distributors who enrolled before you and are ¡®up above¡¯ you in your organizational genealogy. They become responsible for your success. Downline The team of distributors who enrolled after you and are ¡®down below¡¯ you in your organizational genealogy. You become responsible for their success. NOC Tree The hierarchy or genealogy of distributors (starting with you) with a direct connection from one to the next. (e.g. grandfather, father, you). NOC Multi-Match Tree The hierarchy or genealogy of distributors (starting with you) with a direct connection from one to the next. (e.g. Facebook friends of friends) Placement The position you are located in the Multi-Match NOC Tree. Your upline will be your Enroller but you may not be directly connected to them in the MM tree. Flushing When accumulated BV, PV or CV is cancelled or reduced to zero. Qualification When you have met the legal, financial and/or activity requirements to earn a particular income, bonus or status. Active When you are considered to be building the SPN business. Status A position of financial achievement and respect for your business acumen. BV Business Value: Value (in Euros) of a product, allocated to each sale that is used for the computation of commissions, income and bonuses. An allocated position in the company genealogy where you accumulate BV for the purpose of computing income and bonuses. Members Area A secured area of the company website where each distributor can access significant data and tools to grow and maintain their business. LAND MANAGEMENT PACKAGE Allocates value, split between the Revenue Share and Coin Accounts, specific to a package. Provides funding to projects. Coin Account The Coin Account receives a set value to it when a member purchases a package relevant to that package.
