Questions for a Socratic thinking exercise:
 Students should wear uniforms in schools
- Ask the students to give their views and answer the
following questions to explain further:
 Why do you think so?
What made you come to this conclusion?
Are there examples to support your view?
What do you think could be the counter arguments?
Would anything make you change your opinion? What
would?
Did these questions help you to think and answer? Explain
Hypothetical situations
 You are stranded on an island. Name three things
that you would choose to keep with you and
mention why.
OR
 Imagine you are a eight year old hunter gatherer in
the pre historic times. What would your daily life be
like?
Problem solving
Think of ten things that might happen if you dont
have regular supply of water in you neighbourhood
for ten days. Think of some solutions for the
problems that might arise.
