Our Development Program
Internship Program 
The program offers interns a jump start in their career. They will receive a taste of working full-time 
with professionals, sharing their experiences and knowledge. The internship program is designed to give 
them the opportunity to develop and put into practice all that you have learned from their studies.
Management Trainee Program 
The management trainee program welcomes individuals who desire training in a specific discipline. 
The trainee will receive a well-rounded overview of the hotel operation before moving to a move 
rigorous learning schedule within the discipline of choice.
Hy Flyer Program 
A fast track program for associates who have the potential to be promoted to the 
next level within 12 months.
Executive Advancement Program 
A one year program to prepare executive committee level participants to take on senior leadership 
roles such as hotel manager, managing director, area or regional director.
MD Development Program 
A program to develop outstanding managing directors to take on a more senior role as Vice President or 
Regional Vice President.

Tell a story or your own experience about how can small problem become bigger and bigger if we don’t deal with it professionally in a timely manner. Example: A guest came earlier than the check in time and was told to wait for his room to be ready. The room was ready in one hour but he waited 3 hours in the lounge. Nobody contacted him. He wanted to speak with the manager but was told that the manager was not available. All he received was a fruit platter in his room. He moved out of the hotel and never came back. Today, we are not talking about complaint handling. We will go deeper to understand the root cause of the problem. Each case is unique and we cannot just copy and paste the solution for all guests.
