  • #9: Clicking on any of the blue numbers in columns (ICAO or 49 CFR) displays detailed information pertinent to that column.Clicking column 10in ICAO enables you to view all of the Operator and State variations which are pertinent to the part you are shipping.This allows you to eliminate any transportation delays which might occur due to specific variations enforced by specific airlines or countries.
  • #10: The related documents is located at the bottom of the page and provides all the necessary documentation for all of the documents within your organization. Once you select the documents you wish to choose ¨C you may select the print button to open a PDF Version of the necessary documents.If the item is forbidden by a transport mode (Passenger Aircraft, etc.) the mode will be grayed out and cannot be used.By clicking the transport mode (Passenger, Cargo) by which the package will travel, all of the required documents on the right of the page will be checked.Check boxes to print specific documents, or all documents can be printed if required.Any of the documents can be viewed or printed out.The transport documents on file (DGD, BOL etc.) are samples of the actual documents.The system will automatically update when there are regulatory changes.
