Company Profile : SARANG AUTO PARTS PVT LTD., Chennai is
a manufacturer of various types of PTO shafts, Pins and
Connecting rods, spindle front axle to the TAFE (Tractor and
Farm Equipment) and Induction Hardening tubes, piston and pins
for Caterpillar and TPI (Tube Products of India).

Roles and Responsibilities :
 Conduct Quality of the machines by necessary entries in Quality cards.
 Ensuring adherence to quality standards lay down by company as per ISO
standards.
 Identify areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system.
 Identify training needs of employees, appraising and reviewing performance.
 Practice 5S concepts at workplace and poke-yoke and kaizen activities for
continual improvement.
 Prepare weekly and day-wise production schedules based on monthly production
plan.

 Co-ordinate and monitor the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an
