Diagnostic Evaluation
- 2. Diagnostic assessment or evaluation is a form of pre- assessment that allows a teacher to determine students individual strengths, weaknesses, knowledge, and skills prior to instruction. It creates a baseline for assessing future learning

- 5. . It is corrective in nature. It pinpoints the specific type of error each pupil is making and searches for underlying cause of problem. It is more comprehensive.
