Moraleda de Zafayona is a town located in Granada, Spain between the rivers Cacin and Genil. It sits at an altitude of 619 meters above sea level and has a Mediterranean climate with cold, rainy winters and hot, dry summers. The town is well connected by highway and is near the city of Granada and Granada airport.

Geography and Appearance
1.Geography Moraleda is on a hill between the river Cacin and the river Genil. Relief is slightly westernized and very mountainous terrain. Around us we see Sierra of Parapanda and Sierra of Loja. These are the closest mountains and are part of the Penibética (Sierra Nevada and Sierra of Loja) and the Subbética (sierra of Parapanda) respectively.
Moraleda de Zafayona is located: - West Latitude: 3 º 53 '30 "/ 4 º 01' - North Latitude: 37 º 08 '30 "/ 37 º 13' 13 " The altitude of the village is 619 meters above the sea level. The shortest distance between Moraleda de Zafayona and the coast ( Torre del Mar in the province of Malaga) is 73.3 km.
Moraleda de Zafayona is well-connected because it is next to the highway A-92. Also, the Granada airport is near. It is in Chauchina. Between Moraleda and the airport (Chauchina) there are 19.2 km.
The most important and nearest city is Granada. Granada is 30-32 Km away. There are different and interesting places such as:
