It all started with a hefty dose of skepticism…

The findings?: Our business partners expected us to be digitalized, and
they saw great potential for the digital to help them in their
professional lives.

The findings?: This marked a significant divide between our internal
perceptions and our business partners’ expectations.
It was all about change management.

To get all my colleagues on board, I developed a three stage action
plan, built entirely around PEOPLE.

STEP 1: Raising awareness of digital and social channels internally
The result?: The foundations of change were all set. 70% of ALL
employees attended on a voluntary basis, with 86% indicating that the
content exceeded expectations.

Luxembourg : N°1 in SSI as a company.

The result? Our new website and digital eco-system had become a source of pride for
my colleagues.
It allowed them to see their company as a brand, and beyond that, one that they could
trust and be proud of.

STEP 3: Using mobile as a business enabler
The result?: A business-oriented digital tool that EVERYBODY had contributed to! The
troops were rallied, and with that, our newly-implemented strategy gained trust,
credibility, and impact.
