The Dresden Codex pages in the Kingsborough edition are numbered differently than in the Forstemann edition. This document provides a cross-reference of the page numbers between the two editions. It notes that while Agostino Aglio captured the original codex accurately for Kingsborough, there are some subtle differences in how some glyphs and figures are rendered.

The Dresden Codex, as it appears in the Lord Kingsbor-
ough edition, differs somewhat from the F旦rstemann in the num-
bering of the pages. The pages that follow are arranged as they
appear in the Kingsborough with the F旦rstemann page numbers
noted. Although the artist Agostino Aglio followed the original
codex with great precision, there are subtle differences in the ren-
dering of some of the glyphs and 鍖gures.
