Inspection of Hose Pipes, adaptors, radiators and connectors for any leak of oil. Check for Oil sample for its Viscosity. 3. HYDAC Water cooling system for IGBT panel. Installation of pressure vessel, radiator and hose pipes for IGBT’s in DFIG System. Check for any choke or leakage in the system. 4. HYDAC oil breaking system. Inspection of hose pipes and Break Pad Setting and look for proper functioning of breaks. Check for proper functioning of break and hub lock. 5. Alignment of Generator with Gear Box. Installation of Coupling (H Spacer) between Gear Box and Generator. Using LASER Alignment Kit checking for the diversion in alignment. Aligning the generator as per Gear Box.
