Mr. Mordechai Cohen completed a Mechanical-Vehicles Practical Engineering course of study at Neurim College's School of Certified Technicians and Practical Engineers in 1984. He successfully passed all final exams required by the national authority on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Ministry of Labor. As a result, he was granted a diploma and authorized as a technician on June 1, 1995, as verified by signatures and seals from the school, national authority, and Ministry of Education and Culture.
