I have taught Oral Communications on line for the past 14 years. As an early adapter, I have
experimented with many different assessment techniques. Providing individualized video
assessment of assignments from papers to speeches has proven to engage students and
improve their grades.

Providing individualized video assessments to online, blended students is a dynamic and
powerful tool that transforms the student - teacher relationship. Using videos that are specially
made for students provides another tools to build a relationship with your students. Teacher to
Student interaction, builds a closer relationship in the learning process.

Tell us about your expertise on this topic. *: I have taught Oral Communications on line for the past 14 years. As an early adapter, I have experimented with many different assessment techniques. Providing individualized video assessment of assignments from papers to speeches has proven to engage students and improve their grades.
