documents effectively. A Document Management System (DMS) provides a
hassle free classification and identity system that tags documents with
information with more documents being integrated electronically and

Document Management
System that manages the
documents and business
information for existing
processes. It is built on a stable and
robust .NET framework 4.0 with C# as
the programming language and Oracle
11g Database. Our DMS captures and stores
electronic and scanned paper documents into a
centralized system that allows documents to be
easily recovered, reviewed, modified and acted upon.
Documents may include Word files, Acrobat PDF's,
spreadsheets, faxes and email.

CORE FUNCTIONALITIES OF OSOURCE'S DMS
Document Type Definition
The system allows the user to create multiple types of business documents,
these documents could be defined with various attributes. Once the document
type is selected while uploading the file, attributes gets rendered automatically.

Upload
The system allows the user to upload & systematically arrange the documents in
the predefined format from web, application mobile device or native application
from various storage devices.

Tagging & Notes
The user can tag the uploaded documents by defining tags against various
parameters as well as can attach notes for references.

Dynamic Workflow
A Dynamic workflow module can be defined for each document which can be
integrated with notification engine which triggers reminders & alerts

Editing and Viewing
The tags for the documents recorded in the system can be edited and updated.

Retrieving Documents
ONEX DMS can retrieve document based on indexed keywords in addition to
allowing full-text search.

Expiry Reminder
System allows user to record the date of document. The system expiry can be
configured to send notice.

Controlled Access
DMS has the feature to assign the access privilege on each document and folder,
