we still waste the food that we buy . أننا لا نزال نرمي الطعام الذي نشتريه

I feel very GRATEFUL for أنا أشعر بالإمتنان العظيم

what I have today ... لــــــما أملكه اليوم .......

We are so Blessed for the wonderful works of نحن محظوظون جدا

God's hand in our life today, لنعم الله علينا في حياتنا اليوم ,

just think of this.... فقط فكر في تلك النعم ......

I promise I will never waste my food no matter أتعهد بأني لن أسرف أو أرمي الطعام ابدا

how bad it can taste and how full I may be. حتى لو لم يعجبني طعمه او كنت لا أحبه

I promise not to waste water . أتعهد أني لن أسرف في إستخدام الماء

I pray that this little boy be alleviated from أدعوا الله أن يخفف

his suffering . من معانأة هذا الطفل

I pray that we will be more sensitive towards the suffering أتمنى أن نحس بمعانأة الأخرين

in the world around us and في العالم من حولنا ..

not be blinded by our own selfish nature and interests. وأن لا نغفل عنهم بمصالحنا وأنانيتنا .
