The student was assigned a personal plan for language development by their teacher. Their plan is to develop their English skills through ideal jobs like being a hotel manager where they would converse with customers. They also plan to focus on weaknesses like speaking English and set measurable goals to improve over 5 months such as tracking progress through an ideal job. They will speak English with friends on phone calls and in class to help meet language targets.

- 1. Personal Plan For language Development Today I get task to do from my teacher on the personal plan for language development. I can developed my language from my ideal job like I am a manager in hotel than I can develop my language easily there my doing conversation between the me and the customer . And also I will focus on my week points in language .AS my family background language is Punjabi so its hard to talk in english with the people .But if we want to learn or want to developed our language by doing specific plan that how I can complete my plan by developing my english language on my ideal job like i am week in speaking english so I will make a measurable plan like I can measure my language after five month that how much I had improved and how much I achive in developing my language a five month period from my ideol job .and also I will speak with my friends in english when i call them on mobile phone so I try to speak in english. So at the end i will soon try to improve my english speaking skills. i will start talking to my friends in english.and also talk with my teacher in class as set my target to doing this .
