1) The document summarizes the activities and lessons of a 3rd grade class in Quito, Ecuador on the topic of how Ecuador has changed over time. 2) The students learned about Ecuador's history, important figures like Simón Bolívar, and differentiated between concepts like change, transformation, cause and consequence. 3) They created poems, drawings and a play about Ecuador's colonial past and independence movement. 4) The goal was for students to understand Ecuador's development in order to positively impact the future through their own actions.

Everything has a cause and consequence and everything is changing every minute.
Tale: The prints of my grandpa. My grandpa and their prints were difficult to follow but he was sure to teach me how…….when I was 6 years old we went to the beach and there he said: “look the sand my prints are bigger now” I asked him how many prints you have been letting and he told me: they are thousands; for example: one was when I saved a dog, other was when I picked up the rubbish in the street and the most important was when I met and loved for the first time to your grandmother and I never abandoned her…….I said: I suppose your prints are made only with your feet; but he told me your prints are the good actions that your do, the correct way that you choose, the nice thoughts that you decide to have and when your heart speak more than your mind……

Why Ecuador changed? Why do we change? Are All the transformations good? What is a transformation? How can we change our country?
Por qué los españoles nos tenían como esclavos ? Por qué ha Simón Bolívar le llaman el libertador de libertadores? QuÉ es el mestizaje? Por qué las etnias hablan otro idiomas?

ECUADOR HAS CHANGED THROUGH THE TIME IN THE ECONOMY, IN THE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE GEOGRAPHY AND IN THE CULTURE. THE LAWS, AND THE THOUGHTS HAVE BEEN CHANGING, TOO.
. El Ecuador y multiétnico y multicultural pero compartimos nuestros mismos ideales.
They identified that CAUSE, CHANGE, TRANSFORMATION and CONSEQUENCE differ in meaning, so they differentiate the words with some pictures. .
They differentiated change VS transformation. They understood that a transformation is deeper than the change.
ACRÓSTICO Libertad para los ecuatorianos Independencia sobre los españoles Bravo! a nuestros libertadores Estamos orgullosos de ustedes Razón de nuestros corazones También de nuestras almas Antes esclavos, ahora Democracia para todos. Luego de las diferentes indagaciones, se organizó grupos para trabajar en diferentes actividades haciendo conexión con lengua.
POEMA !OH! Libertadores, grupo de patriotas que cambiaron nuestras vidas, porque fuimos esclavos de los españoles y sacrificaron sus vidas para ahora ser libres. Gracias a ustedes podemos trabajar, estudiar, decir lo que pensamos y tener una linda familia y vida. Brenda, Keylita, Stéfano y Marcelita
A través de un diagrama de Venn un grupo de niños y niñas realizaron un análisis del Ecuador Colonial y el Ecuador actual.
They chose a person and talk about his/her changes and how everybody can improve their way of tghinking in order to be a better person.
Los estudiantes realizaron una dramatización corta acerca de las vivencias de nuestros ancestros, mismas que les impactó todas las injusticias a las fueron sometidos.
Their action was to think in which prints or good actions would they like to let to the next generation in Ludoteca.

Mediante esta indagación los niños y niñas fomentaron la importancia de la libertad, comprendieron que no hay obstáculos que puedan detener nuestros ideales.
WITH ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU DO: RESPECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS. BE RIGHTEOUS DONT HURT ANYBODY NEVER SURRENDER AND WITH EVERY STEP REMEMBER THAT THE TIME NEVER COME BACK TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.
