Foundations are important.
1. Know yourself
To thine own brand identity be true said Hamlet (almost)
2. Know your audience
3. Build it in, dont bolt it on.
(that goes for measurement too)
4. Feed the conversation, dont own it.
with the aforementioned little things
(some of which grow into big things)
