According to Robert Katz, what are the managerial skills needed for every level of management? • Human skills. • Conceptual skills • Technical skills • Political skills
Define every type of managerial skill • Conceptual : Mental capacity to perceive and manipulate idea and obstruct relationships. • Technical : specialist skills as surgical, dental etc . • Human skill: Ability to communicate and interact to other person successfully and have good team management skills, ability to lead and motivate.
