like syrup, ear drops, eye drops
after they are crystallised
• Don’t store medicine in a bath-
room, Kitchen where humidity
and temperature changes can
cause damage
• Don’t share your prescription
medicine with anyone - a medi-
cine that works for you may
cause harm, even death, to
someone else.

PROPER DISPOSAL
Properly getting rid of unused or
expired medicine protects people,
animals, and he environment.
• Pour medicine into a sealable
container and add water to dis-
solve.
• Add dirt, sand, sawdust, kitty lit-
ter, or coffee grounds to make
the medicine less appealing.
• Seal the container or secure the
lid with tape to prevent leakage.
• Lastly, remove labels or other
personal information from the
container and throw it away.
