  Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

   Ambiguity can lead to unbalanced reactions in a manner
    similar to rogue moods

  hedge against ambiguity

     Assess the situation
     Track automatic thoughts  assumptions
     Seek evidence that does or does not support
     Aim for balanced thinking
