Step 1 Create a new
SharePoint list
Create a new SharePoint (custom) List: carlocation
Add columns as illustrated
Step 2 Create new Flow
Navigate to flow.Microsoft.com, login and Create a
new (blank) Flow button for mobile: Dude
Step 3 Connect SP list
New Step, Add an action and select SharePoint
Step 4 Update SP list
Create SharePoint item, select Site address and List
Name to populate. Add columns as illustrated
Step 5 Create mobile
notification after list is
updated
Below the Update SP list, Add an action and select
(mobile) Notifications
Step 6 Save the Flow
Rename Flow: Dude Check mark to finish.
Step 8 Test the Flow
Launch Flow on your mobile device, click Buttons. Click
Dude button. Check SP list
Step 9 Add PowerBI to
map visual data
Create new PowerBI (desktop). Get Data from
SharePoint site. Select carlocation and click Load
Step 10 Add map
visuals
Drag to add ArcGIS Visualization then
map Latitude, Longitude and Timestamp
Step 11 Limit location
results to show only the
latest result
Edit Query, filter TimeStamp by Is Latest. Click the
Close and Apply button and review results
