DUMPER TRUCK DRIVER COMPETENCE TRAINING
     PRE-START PROCEDURE:

1.    CHECK THE WHOLE MACHINE EXTERNALLY FOR BROKEN PARTS, OIL LEAKS, FLAT TYRES.

3.    BEFORE OPERATING THIS MACHINE, THE DRIVER SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE OPERATING
      INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

4.    THE MANUFACTURER'S RATED PAYLOAD MUST NEVER BE EXCEEDED.

5.    PASSENGERS MUST NOT BE CARRIED AT ANY TIME

6.    USE EXTREME CARE WHEN DESCENDING STEEP GRADIENTS AND KEEP SPEED TO A MINIMUM.

7.    DO NOT APPLY BRAKES VIOLENTLY WHEN TRAVELLING DOWN STEEP GRADIENTS.

8.    DO NOT TOW DOWN GRADIENTS, OTHERWISE' JACK KNIFING' MAY OCCUR.

9.    DUMPERS ARE NOT DESIGNED AS TOWING VEHICLES. BUT LOADS (INCLUDING WEIGHT OF
      TRAILER) NOT EXCEEDING THE RATED PAYLOAD OF THE DUMPER MAY BE TOWED ON LEVEL
      GROUND IN FIRST GEAR, PROVIDING THE DUMPER SKIP IS LOADED WITH THE HALF THE RATED
      PAYLOAD TO ENSURE TYRE ADHESION WHEN BRAKING.

10. NEVER DRIVE THE MACHINE TOO CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF ANY EXCAVATION, ESPECIALLY IF THE
    GROUND IS LOOSE OR WET.

11. NEVER MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE MACHINE WHILE IT IS IN MOTION.

12. NEVER FILL THE FEULTANK WITH THE ENGINE RUNING. EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN THE ENGINE
    IS HOT.

13. ALWAYS KEEP THE FLOOR PLATES CLEAN.

14. NEVER DISMOUNT WHILE MACHINE IS IN MOTION.

15. ALWAYS APPLY HANDBRAKE BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVERS SEAT.
