This document presents the final project of Abdullah Mallik and Usman Zada from the MCS Group at Federal Urdu University. They developed a desktop application that uses web services to manage the data and administration of an online ecommerce website. The desktop application allows administrators to manage orders, products, promotions, user privileges, reports, and invoices for the website. It was developed using Microsoft SQL, Ado.Net C#, web services, and Entity Framework.

Content Management System ( Development of a desktop application to manage the data of an online ecommerce web application ).
To learn the good implementation and usage of web services. To manage the data and business efficiently. To secure the website administration part.
This is the desktop application for managing and controlling the web site which will work by using web services. This application will be used by the application administrator and also multiple users will be using this application. This application will be taking orders through website and managing them ,new products and new promotions will be entered and managed by this application on the website, and user can also generate the reports and invoices. The application will also let the administrator to set the controls for other users. A brief list of operations is given below.
Order management. Managing user privilege. Generation of reports. Total control of user access. Product management. Invoice generation.
