Phase wise implementation plan PHASE I : Status of pending cases of every court to be available online, access to cause list and case details, instant issue of certified copies, facilitation counters in every court complex. PHASE II : Production of victim & witness through video conference, summons of courts by electronic means, E-filing of cases in all courts, availability of digitally signed court orders and judgments on net. PHASE III : Creation of data base of pending cases, electronic calculation of court fees, online assignment of cases, grouping of cases, scanning & storage of all case documents.
- 5. PHASE IV : Generation of cause list, digital transcription of evidence, seamless transfer of data across judicial system through the creation of national judicial data grid. PHASE V : Digital production of under trail prisoners through video conference, access to legal resources on internet, auto generation of summons, warrants & other processes, regular monitoring of service efficiency, generation of initial order-sheet. PHASE VI : Online performance monitoring & assessment of judges, integrated personnel information system, Auto- generation of statutory reports, Online information to government departments.
- 6. Strategies to convince people that e- courts are better than physical courts 1. Educate the people that the current physical system is costly for the users. 2. Make people aware that usually the physical system of justice is too time consuming to deliver justice. 3.The physical system of justice is largely unintelligible . 4. The physical system of justice is outdated and not in phase with the modern internet society.

Insurance cover up to 20,00,000/- for the lawyers and their families. 2.Medi claim : free medical treatment of every type of disease in the best hospitals of India. They would be provided with a special card for this purpose. 3.Stipend for the the needy entrants to the bar upto 5 years of their practice of minimum Rs.10,000/-. 4.Scheme of pension for advocates and family pension in case of untimely death of advocates(min Rs.50,000/-). 5. Interest- free house loans, loans for vehicle for needy advocates. The government would provide lands at cheaper rates for housing of advocates.
- 9. ENTIRE COST STRUCTURE REQUIRED FOR THIS PLAN Rs.3000 CRORES. EACH PHASE COSTING Rs.450 CRORES. CONTIGENCY FUND Rs.300 CRORES. CONTIGENCY PLAN : ONLINE BACKUP OF ALL THE CASE FILES INTO A SECURE FIREWALL AND CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
