This portfolio summarizes Carlos Luis Martínez ²Ñá°ù±ç³Ü±ð³ú's professional development during his study of the Tech for Education module. It describes some of the tools he has used, including Google Drive for file storage, Google Blogger for sharing information with classmates, and WebQuest for making lesson plans, in order to improve his professional learning environment and network. This portfolio summarize my professional development during some weeks since I have been studied this module (Tech for Education) also some of the tools that I have used in this module, in order to improve my professional PLE and PLN, to use it as a educational skills.
Carlos Luis Martinez ²Ñá°ù±ç³Ü±ð³ú studied technical bilinguals English Spanish at the Universidad Capitan General Gerardo Barrios (San Miguel) since 2007 to 2008. and graduated in 2009. Actually is studying Bachelor Degree in English Language at the same University.
A Google Account is a user account that provides access to Google owned services such as Blogger, You tube, and Google groups. A Google Account sing up automatically creates a Gmail account whereas before Google account could be email addresses other than Gmail. An account can be created by signing up for an email address with Gmail. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Googl e_Account There are many kind of accounts, but actually to me Gmail account is better than others, because I find a lot of tools that help me to improve my PLE and PLN.
Google drive is a file storage and synchronization services provided by Google, which enables user cloud storage the sharing and collaborative editing. Google drive is the home of Google Docs, an office suite of productivity applications that offers collaboratively editing on documents, spreadsheets, presentations and more. http://en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/Google_Drive I use drive to storing pdf, docx pptx docments it is more secure than a usb.
A blogs is a discussion or informational site published on the world wide web. http://en.wikipedia.org/w iki/Blog I use blogs to share specific information with my classmates, in order to improve our learning and make use the technology.
A Web Quest is an inquiry oriented lesson format in which most of the information that learners work with come from the web. These can be created using various programs including a simple word processing document that includes links to websites. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ WebQuest I use WebQuest to make my lesson plan, in order improve my use of the technology.
Rubrics are used to grade students works. Also rubrics can teach as well as evaluate. http://rubistar.4teach ers.org/index.php?scr een=WhatIs I use rubrics to evaluate my WebQuest.
