 Eagles Eye Programme 2013
About the Programme
 Aims to nurture bright Primary 5 Indian Singapore Citizens
  from humble backgrounds.
 The 1-year programme starts in Term 2, 2013.
 Successful applicants will be mentored closely by highly able
  Year 5 RI students.
 Applicants will meet with their mentors in RI, every
  Wednesday from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm, during term time,
  except during the exam periods and holidays.
 Deserving applicants who gain admission to Yr 1 in RI may be
  eligible to apply for the RI scholarship.
Eligibility
 This programme is open to any Singapore Citizen
  who:
 is of ethnic Indian descent;
 qualifies for 90  100% MOEs Financial
  Assistance Scheme;
 obtains Band 1 in the overall combined grade for
  at least 3 core subjects (excluding Mother
  Tongue) at Primary 4 in 2011; and
 is active in his/ her CCA or community work
