The Eagle's Eye Programme 2013 aims to nurture bright Primary 5 Indian Singaporean citizens from low-income backgrounds. Successful applicants will be mentored by students from Raffles Institution. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including academic performance, financial need, and extracurricular involvement. Interested applicants should submit an application form and supporting documents by December 31, 2012 for consideration.

About the Programme Aims to nurture bright Primary 5 Indian Singapore Citizens from humble backgrounds. The 1-year programme starts in Term 2, 2013. Successful applicants will be mentored closely by highly able Year 5 RI students. Applicants will meet with their mentors in RI, every Wednesday from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm, during term time, except during the exam periods and holidays. Deserving applicants who gain admission to Yr 1 in RI may be eligible to apply for the RI scholarship.
Eligibility This programme is open to any Singapore Citizen who: is of ethnic Indian descent; qualifies for 90 100% MOEs Financial Assistance Scheme; obtains Band 1 in the overall combined grade for at least 3 core subjects (excluding Mother Tongue) at Primary 4 in 2011; and is active in his/ her CCA or community work
