A Business Development Manager is a person who operates like a franchisee on an outsourced business
model and runs his business like a full fledged branch office.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is an individual with a strong entrepreneurial drive, managerial
expertise, domain knowledge and a passion to succeed against all odds. Apart from strong business
acumen, BDM must possess high ethical standards of business and impeccable credential in the market.
BDM channel forms the most critical element in the distribution strategy of Collective Growth Realty Pvt Ltd
and as a result has a very high sensitivity for the deliverables under the business plan.
Business Model:
1. BDM: A joins the business as Business Development Manager (BDM).
a. On direct sales, A gets brokerage of 5% on Basic Sales Price (BSP).
b. He can recruit as many people (B) as he wants as BDM. These BDM also get a brokerage of 5%
on direct sales.
c. B can recruit as many people (C) as he wants as BDM, who also get a brokerage of 5% on
direct sales.
d. A gets 5% on direct sales, 0.5% on indirect sales from B. A does not get anything on sales from
C.
2. Team Manager: A becomes Team Manager (TM) on completing 5 sales (direct or indirect or mix) and
gets 6% on direct sales and 1% (difference in levels) on indirect sales from anyone in the network.
3. Manager: A becomes Manager on completing 25 sales (direct or indirect or mix) and gets 7% on direct
sales and 1% from indirect sales from Team Manager and 2% on indirect sales from BDM (difference
in levels) in the network.
4. Senior Manager: A becomes Senior Manager on completing 50 sales (direct or indirect or mix) and
gets 8% on direct sales and 1% from indirect sales from Manager, 2% on indirect sales from Team
Manager and 3% on indirect sales from BDM (difference in levels) in the network.
5. General Manager: A becomes General Manager on creating two frontline Senior Managers. (Level: 9%)
6. AVP: A becomes AVP on creating two frontline General Managers. (Level: 9.5%)
7. VP: A becomes VP on creating two frontline Assistant Vice President. (Level: 10%)
I would be joining you as my frontline BDM.
Documents required: Self attested photo copies of Voter card and PAN Card, one photograph and one
cancelled cheque.
