Designer - Digital Mobility
Up to 贈60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
A communications business pushing the boundaries of digital technology, bringing products and services to the market,
changing the landscape as we know it. Great investment has been dedicated to the development of their network capability,
product pipeline, customer engagement and growth of new business opportunities. The online channel will now play a
key role in the servicing of customers and consequently further investment is being dedicated to its development with the
appointment of this role.
As e-Commerce Customer Solutions Designer you will manage the definition and delivery of the online user experience
to support key business objectives relating to the business digital mobility proposition. Working with User Experience
Designers, youll be responsible for delivering the major online functionality changes for the business evolving online
channel.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining elements of the product and commercial requirements which impact online user experience across sales, service
and the online portal
- Working with UX designers to delivery wireframes detailing functional changes or page templates that agencies use to
deliver site designs
- Standardising components used to build pages across the site such as checkout modules.
- Working with Sales and Service online marketing managers to define, review and improve copy and visual design
elements that may impact critical KPIs such as sales conversion, drop out and churn.
The position will play a major role in the success of a growing online channel for a high performance business unit and team
and experience in the following will be key:
- Experience of delivering a best in class online journey process for customers, giving a clear and compelling reason for
transacting online.
- Experience from the mobile telecoms sector.
- Strong knowledge and experience of UX design principles and process
- Understanding of e-commerce principles e.g effective customer experience, cost per click, funnel analysis, fallout, mobile
optimisation.
