Charles Brooks has extensive experience in senior executive management, government relations, research and development, and marketing. He currently serves as Vice President at Xerox, a $23 billion global company. Previously, he held executive roles in the federal government under two presidents and was the first Director of Legislative Affairs for the Science and Technology Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security. He also spent six years as a Senior Advisor to Senator Arlen Specter and taught homeland security courses at Johns Hopkins University. Chuck has advanced degrees from the University of Chicago and DePauw University and is widely published on topics like cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
