This document is a project report submitted by Vikas Sawant to D Y Patil University for their B.Sc in Hospitality and Tourism Studies. The project is about manufacturing desi ghee. It includes an introduction, overview of the market and manufacturing process, equipment needed, and a financial analysis section with projections for costs, sales, financing, and financial statements for years 2016-2018.
