How do I teach success?
By giving good examples (YouTube-videos, newspaper
articles, inviting lecturers, participating events and fairs)
Encouraging students to find their strengths and
what is meaningful for them (Who am I and what do I
want? We make personal treasure maps)
By creating study-projects with companies and
entrepreneurs
On-the-job learning & international opportunities
Offering up-to-date tools and skills needed after
graduation (Social media, Prezi, ThingLink, Google Drive, 3D-
printing, blogs= e-portfolio etc.)
By having high expectations
By trusting my students
By being honest
By creating an open atmosphere: Laughter and
sense of humour- Licence to make mistakes
By asking feedback from the students and acting
accordingly
