How do I teach success? By giving good examples (YouTube-videos, newspaper articles, inviting lecturers, participating events and fairs) Encouraging students to find their strengths and what is meaningful for them (Who am I and what do I want? We make personal treasure maps) By creating study-projects with companies and entrepreneurs On-the-job learning & international opportunities Offering up-to-date tools and skills needed after graduation (Social media, Prezi, ThingLink, Google Drive, 3D- printing, blogs= e-portfolio etc.) By having high expectations By trusting my students By being honest By creating an open atmosphere: Laughter and sense of humour- Licence to make mistakes By asking feedback from the students and acting accordingly 4Selina Nastase
Inspiring Responsive Encouraging students to co-operate and work in teams Using new and modern pedagogical methods and tools Sincerely interested in the progress of the students Offering various ways and options to enable learning BASED ON STUDY AND INTERVIEWS, IDEAL TEACHER/ COACH IS: 5Selina Nastase
