Management
• As a commander of a basic training company in the U.S. Army, responsible for Present
creating the training plan for each training cycle, to include the order of classes,
who would be scheduled to lead the classes, and who would provide support for
the classes
• There were several classes required in the program of instruction for basic training
that required a commissioned officer to lead the training and answer any questions
from the soldiers in training; responsible as the ranking officer in the company to
lead those classes
• On several contract consulting projects, asked to provide training classes for the
2. staff and leaders of the company, responsible for creating the training agenda,
training materials, and leading the training, following are examples of classes and
training provided:
o A training class for the internal project managers of a large health
insurance provider
o A training class on using Microsoft Office applications given to a group
of staff members for a large health insurance provider
o One-on-one training on using management tools I created given to
supervisors and managers
o Group training sessions on subjects such as change management,
leadership, and metrics
