This document summarizes a research study on the negative impacts of selfies in society. The study involved distributing a questionnaire to 99 students and analyzing the results using SPSS software. Key findings included that 44% of respondents believe taking too many selfies can negatively impact mental health and 45% agreed people take selfies primarily to get attention on social media. The conclusion is that excessive selfie-taking can increase narcissism, inferiority complexes, and privacy risks in teens while decreasing genuine social interaction. Recommendations include reducing selfie habits to avoid potential mental health effects.
