Abu Dhabi Plaza is a major mixed-use development located in Astana, Kazakhstan, comprising
of a retail podium, residential apartments, international grade office accommodation, and
leisure facilities. This integrated community will have a gross leasable area of 244,604 square
meters, including 446 apartments, 190 hotel rooms, and 100 serviced apartments. Completion
is expected in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Tasks were to model the structural, architectural and MEPF parts of the Tower, alongside with
clash detection and BOQ. BIM and CAD samples are available upon request.

The Pearl Gas to Liquids (GTL) is the worlds largest GTL plant and one of the worlds
largest, most complex and challenging energy projects ever commissioned
Building FAR4 is a one story building with a grade slab above the finished ground level.
The overall in-plan dimensions are 30 m X 19.2 m from axis to axis, and the building
height is 6.10 m. The tasks of the project were to make Technical and Architectural CAD
drawings and locate and fix discrepancies.

02 GTL QATAR
A competition winning design responds to the local Saudi culture and extensive
architectural heritage with a modern, and innovative approach. The shape of the building
is based on the Islamic religious symbol of a square inside a square, represented in the
main courtyard and light wells that penetrate in the overall building mass.
The buildings orientation and geometry is directed towards both Mecca and the given
site conditions. The two main design goals are openness and transparency, reflecting
the aims of the Human Rights Commission, and are reflected in the overall design by
the raised volume, extensive use of glazing and garden areas. Suspended above the
landscape on V columns, the building provides natural ventilation and gives access to
pleasant green open spaces.
The unique facade is designed to connect to local customs by interpreting the palm leaf
and is composed of two layers: the primary transparent glass fa巽ade and the brise soleil
of perforated metal sheeting thus providing shelter from the sun.
Tasks were working on the architectural and technical drawings of the project as well
the visualization of the building.

The villa is situated on The Pearl-Qatar the largest international urban planning development in Qatar. The design is inspired by the Mediterranean qualities of the site and the
traditional Arabic design ethics. It is oriented towards a private beach and marina. Generous openings in the facade allow maximum sea view. The ground floor contains luxury kitchen,
laundry, garage facilities and a spacious living room overlooking the sea. Private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor. A central interior mezzanine
provides a visual link between the entrance area and the recreational areas. The villa is constructed using the best local materials and according to the highest technical standards.
This was designed in cooperation with the Chief Architect in order to provide the proposal to the client and assist the 3d modelling team for the final visualitation.

The sunflower house (Roberts Taylor House) is an attempt to frame and diversify the
amazing views and to translate them in sound spaces. The main space, connected
through a double height to the back patio, looks to incorporate the sun, for comfort and
climatic reasons. It tries to have a direct relationship with the astonishing landscape
that surrounds it. My tasks at CA-SO focused on the conceptual and design phase of a
single family house, on the Spanish coast.
My tasks on the project were model making, graphic design for this and a project under
construction, Casa X, and construction details, among other Autocad drawings. I also
used my skills in Dreamweaver to update and redesign the internet site.

University project focusing on the design of a cluster of multistory housing in the north of Denmark according to passive building standards The
landscape is coiling around the ridged building blocks, creating the expression of the massive building structure penetrating the soft blanket of
nature. As time goes by, the vegetation will grow and gradually add layers of experience to the site. Time will decide the expression of the nature and
as the water level in the Fjord rises, the water on the site will rise as well.
The proposal aims to create a number of dwellings that visually and functionally introduces a higher level of sustainability to suburban living and is a
result of caring for the live of individuals as well as for the surrounding environment. Tasks were the creating the whole project in a team in an office
environment with deadlines and budget.
