5. Steps to make sparrow nugget
?1. Clean the sparrow, then boil half
cooked. Then, grind and mix with spices
that had been ground. That spices consist
of onion leave, garlic, blackpepper, salt
and sugar, flour, water, and egg.

with spices print in the brass and cook for
15 minutes.
?3. Next, drain and cut nugget in square.
Lay with white egg and panir flour or called
breading. Then, fry it and serve.
