How to get an individual account to eLibraryUSA?Individual accounts can be requested at TJIC. To register, contact a TJIC staff for more information. You must be an individual who is member of the IRC to get an individual account. Institutions and non-members of IRCs cannot request individual accounts to eLibraryUSA.
Can individual account be shared with friends?No, eLibraryUSA, is for personal use only. Friends who are interested in accessing eLibraryUSA should be directed to TJIC.
How to get help when having trouble accessing a resource in eLibraryUSA?Contact  aTJIC staff or email mnltjic@state.gov.
What is Primo?Primo is a search engine that allows users to search a number of databases at the same time. You can search Primo using the search box underneath the eLibraryUSA logo. You must be logged into your individual account or using a publicly-accessible computer in an IRC or AC to access articles in the search results.
