Maria is a recent university graduate in social communications who has just gotten her first job in social media content production. She interviewed with the designer about her experience entering the labor market in Bel辿m, Brazil. While confident in her skills and willing to learn more, Maria finds the job market difficult to break into without contacts. The designer proposes two insights: 1) Create a website matching students and graduates to jobs based on skills rather than contacts. 2) Create a "blind working" service where people can try new jobs for a day or week without knowing the job in advance, to help people like Maria explore new fields.

- 2. I interviewed MARIA (fictitious name) about her entrance at the labor market at Bel辿m - PA - Brazil. Shes finishing her undergraduation in social communications and just got a job on the area of social media content production.

- 7. ProblemStatement MARIA needs a way to TRY HERSELF ON NEW FIELDS OF WORK because SHES CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT SHES ABLE TO DO BEYOND WHAT SHE STUDIED FOR. MARIA needs a way to OVERCOME THE NEED OF CONTACTS IN THE LABOR MARKET TO GET A JOB because AS A NEWLY GRADUATED, SHE HAVENT GOT THEM, YET. 1 2

INSIGHTS 1 2 Create a website to register the students with special fields to every area and also some personal fields to make it easier to companies to find the professional they nedd, even if he/she is on the school, yet. Create a free service of blind working. People will be able to try new works, for a day or a week for example, according to their profile. The differece is that they will only know whats the job when they arrive to work, as the employer will only know whos coming to work at that day.
