Dream-catcher In some Native American cultures, a dreamcatcher or dream catcher (Ojibwe: asabikeshiinh, the inanimate form of the word for "spider",[1] Lakota: ih叩bla gmunka) is a handmade willow hoop, on which is woven a net or web. The dreamcatcher may also include sacred items such as certain feathers or beads.

- 4. Sometimes they do not have a clear vision on where to get.
- 5. Sometimes their dreams get caught up in the air, in the world of ideas. And remain there, not manifested.

- 12. Sure, many times it won卒t seem to be that easy There will be challenges... Uncertainty Self-distrust Self-sabotage Fear

- 15. At first, the ideas will seem to get a bit fuzzy At times they might go as blank as a cloud But, all of a sudden, things start getting clearer
- 16. The path opens up. The tunnel takes shape. Solutions come to mind. Ideas start making sense.
- 17. And you see your purpose, mission, vision and goals falling into place. Expressing you!

- 21. And use it to compare it to the ideal state we want to achieve.
- 22. We should measure results in a very SMART way: Specific Measurable Agreed upon Realistic Time-related
- 23. Let卒s tune up into clear and frequent communication, to explore the tasks we have ahead of us.
- 24. A series of interactions with specific goals in mind, more efficiently held on a face-to-face, discussion format.
- 25. Now we must set up the building blocks of our coaching plan. With a strong foundation, we can build every step to the top with discipline and focus.
- 26. But let me tell you something: There is a little secret to reaching to the top
- 27. It is so powerful that it might appear as if it were:
- 28. What卒s the secret to blossoming your potential to manifest your purpose, mission and vision?

- 34. But the kind that reveals a purpose has come to life. And that the dreamer has bridged ideas into reality. And that it has made people and business converge into making reality better.
