Dear AIESEC Romania, Onescu Gabriel, President of AIESEC Piteşti am writing this endorsement letter to support the aplication of Şerbănoiu Tania for the position of MC VP GIP Outgoing for the 2013-2014 term. I had the opportunity to work with Tania for the last 10 months, time when she proved a rare commitment to AIESEC’s Vision and Values and he had a powerful impact on the local environment. She was always the first to offer support when there was needed, she was always on time with all the tasks that she had to complete. Tania represents to me the passion and commitment that I wish every member of my Local Committee would have. She has an amazing time-management. Her love for exchange is unbreakable that is why she is so good on this part. Several times I saw Tania proving that she's not the kind of person who gives up easily, she managed to overcome all the challenges she met, and in the end her contribution to the International Internships Area was crucial for its results. She projects a warm, cheerful attitude to everyone. I have seen her solving conflicts and handle some difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact. She works hard and always lifts the spirits of those around her. She is always willing to help and to learn - essential qualities for any AIESEC regardless of its role. For all the actions, passion & commitment Tania shows, I have faith that she will progress even further, and at the same time, I am sure she is the right person for the MC 2013-2014 Team , as an MC VP GIP Outgoing .
