- 2. - Go to www.englishlandonline .com - Go to LOG-IN and click on TEACHERS
- 3. Input your assigned username and password and press enter
- 4. DO THIS FIRST! EDITING YOUR PROFILE ≒ Once logged, you will be directed to your profile page ≒ To edit your profile, click Add/Edit Profile ≒ You will then be directed to edit page. Before filling in the form, upload your picture first. Read the guidelines on size of image file. ≒ NOTE: if you upload a picture after completing the form, everything will be reset and erased. SO UPLOAD FIRST.
- 5. Fill in the form with your information. You may leave MIDDLE NAME blank You may also upload a link of your introductory video (hosted in Youtube or another site). An audio file hosted in another site can also be uploaded (i.e. you created a Youtube file of the introductory audio you sent us) Indicate your teaching qualifications, the courses you can teach in EnglishLand and a short introductory note. Once done, press UPDATE RECORD
- 6. Once you have updated your profile, you can now update your schedule. On your profile page, click on ADD SCHEDULE
- 7. EDITING SCHEDULES ≒ Enter your schedule by choosing your available times in dropdown menu ≒ Times are in VN time zone or GMT+7
- 8. Input the applicable days for a certain time slot. Example: If the time 10:00 10:30 am is applicable everyday, you have to write all 7 days of the week in the format shown on the image If a time slot is only available for specific days, then just type in those certain days. Example: If the slot 10:00-10:30 applies only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, then just type in those days in the format Tues, Thurs
- 9. Your schedule should look this. You can delete a time slot anytime. This schedule will show up in your profile page for the students to see.
- 10. Once a student enrolls in your time slot, the system will notify you through email. So please regularly check your inbox.
