This document outlines daily challenges for a sports week, including moving challenges that focus on running and agility drills and skill challenges that involve tasks like juggling or ball handling. For each day it lists the moving challenge, such as shuttle runs or a sack race, and the skill challenge, such as toilet roll stacking or soloing a football. The challenges are meant to be completed each day and times or counts recorded. On Friday, participants design their own obstacle course incorporating as many of the prior challenges as possible.
