There was a big giant who explored the furniture market in Bangladesh. We started to capture
market share following their footprint. After a journey we have reached a significant position in
Bangladesh Furniture Market. A certain level Quality Product, Quality Service & Quality Sales
Team have brought the Company at current stage.
Buying capacity of Urban, Semi urban and Rural customers are not same, similarly choice and
tradition are also different for different type of customers. By the side of Individual customers
there are many Organizational customers. In-order to capitalize maximum area we are operating
our Sales Operation dividing into three major segments; i) Retail Sales, ii) Corporate Sales & iii)
Trade Marketing & Sales (TMnS).

Sales Operation of PFIL. Segments of Sales Operation according to market
nature & Contribution of different segments.

Retail Sales:
There are 14 Outlets throughout the country (5 Nos out of Dhaka city & 9 Nos with in
Dhaka City) in our own management. We are showcasing our products through these
outlets. Individual customers as well as Organizational Customers are also welcomed
there for product demonstration. This segment we are calling the Retail Sales. From
this segment mostly we are serving individual customers except some small corporate
houses. Revenue contribution of this segment is +40% on total business. This is a cash
cow segment because its cash flow is very good. So, Retail Sales helps us to run the
business. Outlets are operated almost every day except Two Eid and National Days.
Outlets in own Management:
i) Monipuripara, ii) Panthapath, iii) Tejgaon, iv) Mirpur, v) Mirpur Zoo-Road, vi) Uttara,
vii) Moghbazar, viii) Rampura, ix) Boshila x) Savar, xi) Chittagong, xii) Khulna, xiii) Sylhet
& xiv) Chowmuhani
