The Texas outbreak has slowed down, but sporadic cases continue to emerge in Kansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Elsewhere in the US, we continue to see signs of acceleration due to outbreaks outside the Southwest (North Dakota, Montana, and Colorado) and travel-related cases. Measles exposures due to travel are expected to pose a significant challenge throughout the summer.
The U.S. is on track to exceed its 30-year high for measles cases (1,274) within the next two weeks.

New Mexico: 81 (83% of cases are from Lea County).
Oklahoma: 20 (+2)

It is a collection of training modules in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for Language Teachers. It was initiated with funding provided in 1999-2000 by the European Commission and has been regularly updated ever since. This site provides a very helpful information for teachers and students; using a variety of technological resources which are very useful for teaching English at different level modules. These levels are organized from basic to advanced, and every level requires the use of technology for being taught. Of course, the technology is not the solution at all; teachers must be prepared in order to teach what this site is offering for an effective teaching and learning process. Moreover, this site is free of charge to all visitors and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Actually, it is visited by 41,049 visitors from 182 countries around the world. Also, teachers and students can go to ICT4LT Blog in which they can share important information related to teaching and learning languages. The second website refers to technology-integration-and-adult learning. This page contains a variety of colorful pictures and information that you can share with friends and people around the world. You can upload important information, videos, pictures, and publish them to be reading for all visitors of this site. Also, we can search important information we need just typing in the blank space in this site. Besides that, this information and pictures are very helpful for the teaching and learning process because these ones make students to have a real contact with the English environment. I strongly believe that, in this site, technology plays a very important role because it facilitates a great variety of tools for teachers and students who need to learn English for different reasons. The third one is related to wedsitehome.co.uk, a PowerPoint presentation which offers a discussion of the different levels (English levels). Well, I consider that, this presentation looks quite simple; with not colorful sample at all, but a very well organized topics, teacher links, writing, grammar quizzes, games and very short reading lessons. Besides that, this presentation has a very really interesting content to facilitate the students learning process. As it says English Language Space Station for English learner and teachers across the galaxy. Basically, this site is focused on PowerPoint presentations which are really enjoyable for the teaching and learning process. Finally, I believe that, the previous sites are really interesting and effective for the teaching and learning process, but there is not miracle in technology waiting for us. Both teachers and students need to use technology appropriately for having good outcomes in the teaching and learning process. Thanks you
