The document discusses the representation of men in the author's product. It portrays a male figure who manipulates his way into families by presenting himself as the ideal family man, but his true intentions are to take over their lives and get rid of them. This reflects a typical feminist viewpoint where the male is dominant over women. However, the author notes this is not always the case in real life. 2. The over all narrative of my product, is this idea of a male figure who whittles his way into
unsuspecting families, through manipulating the mother. He portrays himself as the ideal
family man in order to take over their lives and eventually have rid of them.
3. This is a reflection of a typical feminist view point, in the sense of where the male is the
dominant figure, and takes advantage of women; which in the real world is not always the
case, the majority of the time.
4. This is contrasted by my representation of the innocence of the young. This is established through the
use of the school uniform, which could also connote the control over the boy, from his father, in the
same way as the school ultimately has control over him.
