 Bridge Work
 Prepare the Quantities (Concrete & Shuttering) of Bridge.
 Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) of Bridge.
 Supervising all Concrete Work, Formwork, Placement of Steel Reinforcement,
Pouring Concrete & Dewatering.
 Insure the works are done as per drawing specifications.
 Check All related activities at sites.
 Inspecting finishing work (i.e Coal tar should be applied on outer face of wall of
Bridge, Boulder packing as given in Drawing)
 Control all Site Supervisors Daily activities.
 Reviewing method of statements, Test Reports, Material Approval, Quality Plans,
Safety Plans and Monitoring Storage Area.
 Preparing Technical Reports & Letters & Meeting to follow the progress of the
project.
 Prepare the Bill of Sub-Contractor.
 Meeting with Sub-Contractor to finish the given at time.
 Daily work progress report submit to project manager.
